Based on its 20 years' experience in the field of shocks and laboratory launchers, THIOT INGENIERIE today offers new services to industries and research laboratories by setting up its own Shock physics laboratory (ballistic tests, plate impacts, reduced-scale experiments, numerical simulations, ...). We still propose top-level services and equipment in our core business such as impact test facilities (laboratory launchers from 0 to 10 km/s), equipment for autofrettage of gun barrels (autofrettage plants, high pressure intensifiers, bore gauges, autofrettage and swaging processes) and explosion confinement chambers for TNT explosion and high pressure gas detonation, in addition to other products including laboratory devices and pyrotechnical extruding machines.
